Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention under Protection Motivation on Postoperative Compliance Behavior and Quality of Life in Patients with Anal Fistula
Objective To observe and analyze the impact of nursing interventions under protective motivation on post-operative compliance behavior and quality of life of anal fistula patients. Methods A total of 120 patients with anal fis-tula who underwent surgical treatment from October 2021 to October 2023 in the Anorectal Department of the 905th Hospital of the People's Liberation Army Navy were randomly selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received nursing intervention under protection motivation. The quality of life, compliance behavior, incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results There were no significant differences in the scores of quality of life and compliance behavior between the two groups before nursing(both P>0.05);after nursing, the scores of quality of life and compliance behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 93.33%of the control group, and the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.137,4.821,both P<0.05).Con-clusion Implementing nursing interventions under protective motivation for postoperative patients with anal fistula can significantly improve their postoperative compliance behavior and quality of life, while reducing the incidence of post-operative complications and increasing patient satisfaction.
