Analysis of the Effect of Targeted Nursing on the Intervention Effect,Satis-faction and VAS Score of Cold-dampness Type of Pain in Neck Shoulder Low-back and Leg
Objective To explore the intervention effect of targeted nursing on patients with cold-dampness type of pain in neck shoulder low-back and leg.Methods Seventy patients with cold-dampness type of pain in neck shoulder low-back and leg admitted to Wuwei Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were ran-domly selected for the study,and they were divided into two groups by blind selection and lottery method.The control group(35 cases)was administered with conventional nursing care,and the research group(35 cases)was administered with targeted nursing care on the basis of the control group.The Visual Analogue Score(VAS),sleep quality score,quality of life score,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing care were compared.Results After nursing,the VAS score and sleep quality score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The physiological function score,emotional function score,social function score,mental health score,physical pain score and vitality score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(85.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.385,P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can relieve patients'pain,improve sleep quality,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
