The Role of Evidence-based Practice Nursing Intervention in Pregnant Women with Premature Rupture of Membranes and Its Impact on Nurs-ing Satisfaction Were Analyzed
Objective To analyze the role of evidence-based practice nursing intervention in pregnant women with PROM and its influence on nursing satisfaction. Methods A total of 88 pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes admitted to Liping County Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Qiandongnan Prefecture,Guizhou Prov-ince from July 2022 to July 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to the order of admis-sion,the random sequence was generated by statistical software and divided into two groups,44 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional nursing, and the observation group was given evidence-based practice nursing. The negative emotions, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The negative emotion scores of the control group were higher than those of the observation group, and the differences were statisti-cally significant(t=7.547,5.250,both P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the control group were lower than those of the observation group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.096,5.482,3.040,all P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the control group(86.36%)was lower than that of the observation group(97.73%),and the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ2=3.880,P<0.05).Conclusion In pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes, the implementation of evidence-based practical nursing intervention has an obvious effect, which is con-ducive to reducing the incidence of negative emotions and adverse event rate of pregnant women, and has a high qual-ity of life, more satisfaction with nursing services.
