Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Stick Needling Combined with Walking Cans in the Treatment of Cold-damp Non-specific Lower Back Pain
Objective To analysis the clinical efficacy of stick acupuncture combined with walking pots in the treat-ment of cold-damp non-specific lower back pain.Methods A total of 60 patients with cold-damp non-specific lower back pain patients treated in Bozhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2021 to March 2023 were randomly and simply selected as research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group treated with conventional acupuncture,and the observation group were treated with stick-acupuncture combined with walking cans based on the treatment of the control group.Comparing the therapeutic effects of the 2 groups,and observing the total effective rate of the two groups,the pain and the pain of the two groups.The total effective rate,Visual Analogue Scale/Score(VAS),Oswestry Disabity Index(ODI)and Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores(JOA)of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of control group(73.33%),the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.320,P=0.038).After treatment,ODI score and VAS score in two groups were lower than before intervention,and observation group was significantly lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The JOA score of the two groups was higher than before intervention,and the ob-servation group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cold-damp non-specific lower back pain,stick acupuncture combined with walk-ing cans has a good therapeutic effect,which can effectively improve the patients'lumbar function and reduce the ob-stacles of activities.
