摘要
胸腺肿瘤是一种胸腺上皮细胞来源的肿瘤,包括胸腺瘤及胸腺癌.临床上发病率较低,目前均认为是一种恶性肿瘤,其主要的治疗方法是以手术为主的外科治疗.随着检查技术与治疗技术的发展,胸腺肿瘤的外科诊治有了一定的进展.本文对胸腺肿瘤的辅助检查、分型与分期、术前准备、手术方式、手术入路、复发与转移、预后等方面进行综述.
Abstract
Thymic neoplasm is a kind of tumor derived from the epithelial cells of the thymus gland,including thy-moma and thymic carcinoma.It is currently considered to be malignant tumor,with a low clinical incidence.And its main treatment is surgical-based treatment.With the development of examination techniques and treatment tech-niques,the surgical diagnosis and treatment of thymic neoplasm have made some progress.In this article,the auxiliary examination,classification and staging,preoperative preparation,operative methods,operative approach,recurrence and metastasis,prognosis were reviewed.
