Effect of Edaravondalcohol with Rt-PA on Neurological Function and Life Ability in Patients with Ultra-early Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the effect of edaravone dextrorphan combined with alteplase intravenous thromboly-sis in patients with ultra-early acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 112 patients with ultra-early acute cere-bral infarction admitted to Nanjing Jiangning Hospital from October 2021 to January 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by red and blue ball method, with 56 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis, and the patients in the observation group were treated with edaravone dextrorphan on this basis. The neurological function,liv-ing ability and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(4.76±1.17)points and Modified Rankin Scale(1.16±0.32)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.780,3.884,both P<0.05);the scores of dressing, eating, toileting and transferring bed chair ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group(1.79%)was lower than that in the control group(12.50%),and the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ2=4.846,P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone dextrorphan combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in patients with ultra-early acute cerebral infarction is helpful to improve the neurological function of pa-tients,and the living standard of patients is steadily improved.
