The Effect of Sevoflurane Combined with Remifentanil General Anesthesia on the Anesthesia and Recovery Quality of Patients Undergoing Ureteral Soft-hard Endoscopic Surgery
Objective To investigate the effects of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil general anesthesia on the anesthesia and recovery quality of patients undergoing ureteral soft-hard endoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with ureteral flexible and hard scope combined with ureteral surgery admitted to Tongdao Ren'ai Hospital in Nanping from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects by random sampling method,and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived propofol,dexmedetomidine combined with remifentanil general anesthesia,and the observation group received sevoflurane combined with remifentanil general anesthesia.Hemodynamics,perioperative indexes,remifentanil dose,anesthesia recovery speed and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The heart rate and mean arterial pressure of observation group from 1 min after anesthesia induction to before extubation were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).There was no signifi-cant difference in anesthesia time,extubation time and remifentanil dose between the two groups(all P＞0.05).The ori-entation recovery time(15.30±2.20)min,consciousness recovery time(6.38±1.00)min and speech response time(8.70±1.28)min in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(19.27±3.25)min,(8.40±1.75)min and(11.60±2.35)min,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.398,15.752,6.854,all P＜0.05).There was no sig-nificant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane combined with remifentanil is a safe and effective anesthesia medication for ureteral soft and hard scope combined with remifentanil,which can keep the intraoperative hemodynamics stable,accelerate the postoperative anesthesia re-covery of patients with less adverse reactions.
