Analysis of Influencing Factors of Premature Rupture of Membranes in Pregnant Women
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of premature rupture of membranes in pregnant women. Methods The clinical data of 100 pregnant patients admitted to Rizhao Central Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2020 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to whether premature rupture of membranes occurred, they were divided into two groups, premature rupture of membranes group(n=17)and non-premature rup-ture of membranes group(n=83).Logistic regression model was used to analyze the independent risk factors of prema-ture rupture of membranes in pregnant women. Results The two groups of patients with gestational hypertension(HDCP),gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),bacterial vaginosis positive, mold vaginosis positive, pregnancy whether to accept vaginitis treatment,interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)level comparison, the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).GDM,bacteria vaginosis positive, not receive vaginitis treatment during pregnancy,IL-6 and IL-8 were independent risk factors for premature rupture of membranes in patients with pregnancy(OR=2.791,2.146,2.845,2.526,1.726,all P<0.05).Conclusion GDM,bacterial positive,IL-6,IL-8 and not treatment of vaginitis are independent factors affecting the occurrence of premature rupture of membranes in pregnant women.
