Objective To explore the clinical value of colposcopy combined with Loop Electroresection Procedure(LEEP)in patients with precancerous lesions of the cervix.Methods A total of 103 patients with cervical precancerous lesions admitted to Suining Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were conve-niently selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(n=51)and study group(n=52)by using sealed envelope method.The control group received cervical microwave treatment,while the study group received col-poscopy combined with LEEP surgery.Surgical indexes,complication rate,inflammatory factors before and 3 days af-ter surgery,quality of life before and 3 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The op-eration time of the study group was(22.63±3.52)min,the amount of intraoperative blood loss was(16.83±2.78)mL,and the length of hospital stay was(4.25±0.91)d,which were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=17.059,12.119,8.432,all P＜0.001).Before operation,there was no statistically signifi-cant difference in the levels of various inflammatory factors between the two groups(P＞0.05).3 days after surgery,the level of inflammatory factor in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P＜0.001).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups(P＞0.05).Three months after operation,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Colposcopy combined with LEEP in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions can improve surgical indexes,control inflamma-tory response,accelerate postoperative recovery,improve patients'quality of life,and have high safety.
