Comparative Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Arthroscopy-assisted Mini-mally Invasive Surgery and Traditional Surgery for Tibial Plateau Frac-ture
Objective To investigate the difference between arthroscopy-assisted minimally invasive surgery and tradi-tional surgery in tibial plateau fracture. Methods Sixty patients with tibial plateau fracture admitted to Zhongwu Hos-pital of Suqian City from January 2021 to December 2023 were simple randomly selected as the study objects, and di-vided into two groups according to different surgical methods. The control group(n=30)underwent traditional surgery, and the observation group(n=30)underwent arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation of posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracture. The effect of surgical treatment was compared between the two groups. Results The operation dura-tion in the observation group was longer than that of the control group, incision length, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative ambulation time in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The knee function scores of the observation group 1 month and 3 months af-ter operation were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of activities of daily living in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 1 month and 3 months after operation, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,compared with 16.67%in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=1.667,P=0.197).Conclusion Arthroscopic assisted minimally invasive surgery has signifi-cant advantages in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture, which can promote the recovery of knee joint function in pa-tients with tibial plateau fracture, and the incidence of postoperative complications is low, which has clinical signifi-cance.
