Efficacy of Maintenance Hemodialysis Combined with Cinacalcet in Pa-tients with End-Stage Renal Disease
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of maintenance hemodialysis+cinacalcet in patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods A total of 64 patients with end-stage renal disease admitted to Shuyang Zhongxing Hos-pital from January 2020 to May 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects and grouped according to the coin throwing method.The reference group(32 cases)was treated with maintenance hemodialysis.The study group(32 cases)was treated with cinacalcet on the basis of the reference group;the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,compared with the alkaline phosphatase(AKP)level(101.29±14.95)U/L and in-tact parathyroid hormone(iPTH)level(329.65±47.35)ng/L in the reference group,the AKP level(81.32±6.41)U/L and iPTH level(212.39±23.16)ng/L in the study group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.944,12.584,both P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors,renal function indexes and immune function indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of end-stage renal disease,the combination of maintenance hemodialysis and cinacalcet therapy can effectively improve the inflammatory response,renal function and immune function of patients.
