Clinical Efficacy of Low-dose Aspirin Combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the Treatment of Gestational Hypertension
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of low-dose aspirin combined with magnesium sulfate in patients with gestational hypertension. Methods 80 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Linqu County People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the random num-ber table method, they were divided into two groups. The observation group(40 cases)was treated with aspirin com-bined with magnesium sulfate, and the control group(40 cases)was treated with magnesium sulfate. The treatment effi-ciency,blood pressure, coagulation function changes, hemorheology index levels, and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure(131.44±8.14)mmHg,diastolic blood pres-sure(84.13±4.53)mmHg and mean arterial pressure(102.49±7.35)mmHg in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.838,11.668,5.954,all P<0.05).The co-agulation function and hemorheology indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose aspirin combined with magnesium sulfate can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, with fewer side effects and higher safety.Low-dose aspirin combined with magne-sium sulfate can be used as an important choice for the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
