Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect of Tacrolimus Combined with Gluco-corticoids on Nephrotic Syndrome
Objective Exploring the therapeutic effect of combining glucocorticoids and tacrolimus on patients with ne-phrotic syndrome. Methods A total of 84 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to Zhangzhou Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from April 2021 to April 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects,accord-ing to the random number table method, they were divided into reference group(42 cases)and observation group(42 cases). The reference group was treated with glucocorticoids, and the observation group was treated with tacrolimus combined with glucocorticoids. The efficacy, renal function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.62%,which was higher than that in the reference group 83.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.974,P<0.05).After treatment, the 24 h urine protein, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and other indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The albumin of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion When using glucocorticoids to treat nephrotic syndrome in clinical practice, the combination with tacrolimus has a good effect, can improve renal function in patients, and has high safety.
