A Clinical Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Compound Preparation Es-tradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets on Perimenopausal Syndrome in Women
Objective To study the clinical effect of compound preparation estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogester-one tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome women. Methods A total of 80 menopausal syndromel patients admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2022 were simple and randomly se-lected as the study subjects.Using the red and blue envelope method, they were divided into the reference group and the study group, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets. The study group was treated with compound preparation estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the changes of sex hor-mones between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of luteinizing hormone was(13.23±5.23)IU/L and follicle stimulating hormone was(23.63±7.44)IU/L in the study group, which were lower than those in the reference group, and the level of estradiol was(71.23±10.23)pmoL/L in the study group, which was higher than that in the refer-ence group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the study group(95.00%)was higher than that of the reference group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P=0.042).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(2.50%)was lower than that in the refer-ence group(12.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.913,P=0.047).Conclusion The application of compound preparation tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of menopausal syndrome patients can improve the hormone level of patients, and improve the efficiency of treatment, with high safety.
