Investigated the Clinical Efficacy of Dobutamine Injection in the Treat-ment of Obstetric Sepsis
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of dobutamine injection in the treatment of patients with obstetric sepsis. Methods A total of 80 patients with puerperal sepsis who were admitted to the Longyan First Hospital Affili-ated to Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to January 2023 were simple randomly selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the study group was treated with dobutamine injection on the basis of the control group. The rescue success rate, liver and kidney function level and complication rate were compared between patients in two groups. Results The rescue success rate of the study group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.538,P<0.05).The liver and kidney function of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(5.13%)was lower than that in the control group(30.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.082,P<0.05).Conclusion Dobutamine injection is ef-fective and safe in the treatment of obstetric sepsis. It can effectively improve the rescue effect, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve liver and kidney function.
