目的 分析统计多发伤患者的加速康复外科(Enhanced Recovery After Surgery,ERAS)理念围术期护理干预作用.方法 本研究简单随机选取庆阳市人民医院于2020年3月—2023年3月收治的80例多发伤患者为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组40例.对照组行常规护理干预,研究组行ERAS理念护理干预,对组间护理效果差异进行比较.结果 研究组并发症发生率(5.00%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).研究组疼痛与睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组创伤严重程度与健康状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 多发伤患者在临床治疗同时,接受ERAS理念下的全面护理干预,可有效规避潜在风险,巩固治疗效果.
Application of ERAS Concept in Perioperative Nursing of Patients with Multiple Injuries
Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing intervention effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept in patients with multiple injuries.Methods In this study,80 patients with multiple injuries admitted to Qingyang People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were simple randomly selected as study objects and di-vided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received ERAS concept nursing intervention.The dif-ference of nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results The incidence rate of complications in the study group(5.00%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P＜0.05).The scores of pain and sleep quality in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P＜0.05).The scores of trauma severity and health status in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P＜0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion At the same time of clinical treatment,patients with multiple injuries re-ceive comprehensive nursing intervention under the concept of ERAS,which can effectively avoid potential risks,con-solidate the therapeutic effect.
