综合康复护理措施在老年COPD患者中的应用效果及满意度分析

摘要
目的 评估综合康复护理措施应用在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)患者中的效果及对其满意度的影响.方法 方便选取2022年3月—2023年7月苏州市相城区漕湖人民医院收治的79例老年COPD患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(40例)给予常规护理措施,观察组(39例)给予综合康复护理措施,比较两组满意度、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(Chronic Obstruc-tive Pulmonary Disease Assessment Test,CAT)、改良呼吸困难量表(Modified British Medical Research Council,mMRC).结果 观察组总满意率(94.87%)较对照组(75.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,组间CAT、mMRC差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组CAT(14.93±1.25)分、mMRC(0.93±0.12)分较对照组的(17.69±1.45)分、(1.37±0.17)分更低,差异有统计学意义(t=9.052、13.259,P均<0.001).结论 对老年COPD患者采取综合康复护理措施,可以改善生活质量,减轻呼吸困难程度,提高满意度.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and their satisfaction.Methods A total of 79 elderly patients with COPD in Xiangcheng District Caohu People's Hospital of Suzhou City from March 2022 to July 2023 were conve-niently selected as study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(40 cases)was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group(39 cases)was given comprehensive rehabilita-tion nursing measures.The satisfaction,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test(CAT)and Modified British Medical Research Council(mMRC)were evaluated.Results The total satisfaction rate of the observation group(94.87%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in CAT and mMRC between the two groups(P＞0.05);after nursing,CAT was(14.93±1.25)points and mMRC was(0.93±0.12)points in the observation group,which were lower than(17.69±1.45)points and(1.37±0.17)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.052,13.259,both P＜0.001).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures for elderly patients with COPD can improve the quality of life,reduce the degree of dyspnea and improve satisfaction.
