延续护理减少老年白内障手术患者术后并发症的效果评价

摘要
目的 探讨选择延续护理对减少老年白内障手术患者术后并发症的效果.方法 前瞻性方便选取2022年6月—2023年6月聊城市眼科医院中接受手术治疗的96例老年白内障术后患者为研究对象,使用奇偶分组法将患者分为参照组(48例)和研究组(48例);参照组行常规护理指导方案,研究组行延续护理对策,对比两组护理前、护理后相关指标,包括自我管理能力、生活质量、护理满意度评分等.结果 研究组患者护理后的疾病知识、责任感等自我管理能力评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组患者护理后生理功能、精神健康等生活质量指标均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组患者护理总满意度(95.83%)高于参照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.018,P<0.05).结论 对老年白内障手术患者护理期间行延续护理进行干预可取得显著效果,可降低患者术后发生相关并发症的风险,促进其自我管理能力提升并提高患者生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on reducing postoperative complications in elderly patients with cataract surgery.Methods A total of 96 elderly patients after cataract surgery admitted to Liaocheng Eye Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were prospective conveniently selected as study objects.The patients were di-vided into reference group(48 cases)and study group(48 cases)by parity grouping method.The reference group was given routine nursing guidance program,and the study group was given continuous nursing countermeasures.The rel-evant indicators before and after nursing were compared between the two groups,including self-management ability,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction scores.Results The scores of self-management ability such as disease knowl-edge and responsibility in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P＜0.05).The quality of life indexes such as physiological function and mental health of the pa-tients in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group(95.83%)was higher than that of the reference group(83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.018,P＜0.05).Conclusion The intervention of continuous nursing during the nursing of elderly patients with cataract surgery can achieve significant results,which can reduce the risk of postoperative complications,promote their self-management ability and improve the quality of life of pa-tients.
