Impact of Systematic Nursing Intervention under the Guidance of Shared Decision-making on the Quality of Life and Self-care Ability of Patients with Chronic Gastric Ulcer
Objective To explore the application value of systematic nursing intervention under the guidance of shared decision-making in patients with chronic gastric ulcer,and to analyze its impact on patients'self-care ability and quality of life.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic gastric ulcer admitted to Huangdao District Hospital of Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by envelope method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group practiced conventional nursing intervention care,and the observation group used systematic nursing intervention under the guidance of shared decision-making to compare the quality of life,self-care ability,psychological condition and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results After nursing the quality of life scores of physical,social,psycho-logical and environmental dimensions of the observation group were(92.28±4.14)points,(89.54±5.20)points,(93.91±5.26)points,(90.05±4.21)points in order,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(86.06±5.90)points,(84.22±6.30)points,(85.31±6.95)points,(85.80±6.26)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.659,4.271,6.470,3.694,all P<0.001).After nursing the observation group's modified Barthel Index Method score,medical compliance behavior score,and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group,and anxiety and depression scores were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(both P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with chronic gastric ulcer,systematic nursing intervention under the guid-ance of shared decision-making can improve patients'self-care ability,improve their quality of life and psychological status,and enhance the subjective evaluation of nursing services.
