Observation on Nursing Satisfaction and Effectiveness of Comprehensive Nursing for Severe Gestational Hypertension Syndrome Parturients Under-going Cesarean Section Surgery
Objective To observe the nursing satisfaction and effect of comprehensive nursing in cesarean section of severe pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Methods A total of 88 patients with severe pregnancy-induced hy-pertension syndrome who underwent cesarean section in Maternal and Child Health Care of Zaozhuang from June 2022 to July 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and obser-vation group by blind lottery method, with 44 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing on this basis. The adverse reac-tions,psychological status before and after nursing, nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were ob-served and compared. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life of the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in psychological status between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the scores of de-pression and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were sta-tistically significant(both P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group(95.45%)was higher than that of the control group(79.55%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.091,P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of comprehensive nursing in cesarean section of pregnant women with severe pregnancy-induced hyper-tension syndrome has a significant effect, which can improve the pregnancy outcome, psychological status and satisfac-tion of patients.
