综合护理干预对牙髓炎根管治疗患者并发症及心理状态的影响分析

摘要
目的 探究牙髓炎根管治疗患者采用综合护理干预对并发症及心理状态的作用.方法 随机选取2021年1月—2023年12月聊城市人民医院收治的80例牙髓炎根管治疗患者为研究对象.根据随机数表法分为综合组和一般组,各40例.一般组给予一般护理干预,综合组加用综合护理干预.比较两组的心理状态、疼痛程度、并发症发生情况.结果 综合组的焦虑和抑郁自评量表评分为(44.58±2.97)分、(46.33±4.58)分,低于对照组的(51.78±3.51)分、(52.69±4.70)分,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).综合组的疼痛率(17.50%)低于一般组(52.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.769,P<0.05).综合组的并发症总发生率低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 行根管治疗的牙髓炎患者应用综合护理干预后,其心理状态得到改善,疼痛程度下降,并发症发生率减少.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on complications and psychological state in patients with pulpitis treated with pulp canal protective.Methods A total of 80 patients with pulpitis treated with pulp canal protective admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were ran-domly selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into compre-hensive group and general group,with 40 cases in each group.The general group was given general nursing interven-tion,and the comprehensive group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The psychological state,pain degree and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of anxiety and depression self-rating scale in the comprehensive group were(44.58±2.97)points and(46.33±4.58)points,which were lower than(51.78±3.51)points and(52.69±4.70)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The pain rate of the comprehensive group(17.50%)was lower than that of the general group(52.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.769,P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The psycho-logical state of patients with pulpitis treated with pulp canal protective was improved after comprehensive nursing in-tervention,the degree of pain was decreased,and the incidence of complications was reduced.
