Objective To explore the effect of team cooperation combined with risk prevention and control model in pediatric nursing management. Methods Eighty cases of children admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Sansui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were simple radomly selected as the study subjects, and were divided into two groups according to the lottery method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by the conventional model, the observation group was intervened by the team cooperation com-bined with risk prevention and control model. The low mood scores, nursing satisfaction, and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the children of two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant dif-ference in low emotional scores between the children of two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the low emotional score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).The nursing satisfac-tion of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Team cooperation combined with risk prevention and control model applied to pediatric nursing management can effectively improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the occurrence of adverse events and improve the mood of children.
