摘要
目的 探讨基于IMB模型的"互联网+延续护理"模式对脑梗死偏瘫患者的应用效果.方法 随机选取2023年7月—12月广西贵港市人民医院收治的90名脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机数表法分为干预组和对照组,每组45例.干预组接受"互联网+延续护理"模式,对照组接受常规康复护理,比较两组患者的康复情况、心理状态、健康行为、自我效能.结果 干预后,干预组的Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表评分、功能性步行能力分级、心理状态均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);干预组的健康行为总分和自我效能总分分别为(146.68±2.45)分和(37.87±1.44)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.985、5.182,P均<0.05).结论 基于IMB模型的"互联网+延续护理"模式能显著改善脑梗死偏瘫患者的焦虑抑郁情绪及康复情况,提高患者的健康行为以及自我效能.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of"Internet+continuous nursing"model based on IMB model on patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia ad-mitted to Guangxi Guigang People's Hospital from July to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research ob-jects.They were divided into intervention group and control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The intervention group received"Internet+continuous nursing"model,and the control group received routine rehabilitation nursing.The rehabilitation situation,psychological state,health behavior and self-efficacy of the patients of two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the Barthel Index,Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale,Functional Ambulation Category Scale and psychological state of the intervention group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The total scores of health behavior and self-efficacy in the intervention group were(146.68±2.45)points and(37.87±1.44)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=18.985,5.182,both P＜0.05).Conclusion The"Internet+continuous nursing"model based on the IMB model can significantly improve the anxiety and depression and rehabilitation situation of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia,and improve the health behavior and self-efficacy of patients.
