基于微信平台的健康教育模式在改善居家腹膜透析换液环境及提高患者自我管理能力中的效果分析

摘要
目的 探究基于微信平台的健康教育模式在居家腹膜透析中的效果.方法 随机选取于2021年1月—2022年12月百色市人民医院收治的120例腹膜透析患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60).对照组进行传统健康教育,观察组在传统健康教育基础上采用微信平台的健康教育模式.比较两组患者的治疗依从性、腹膜透析满意度以及腹膜炎发生率.结果 干预后,观察组的治疗依从性得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的总满意度为91.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.984,P<0.05).观察组的腹膜炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于微信平台的健康教育模式可有效改善居家腹膜透析患者的治疗依从性,提高患者透析满意度,同时降低腹膜炎发生率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of a health education model based on WeChat platform in home peritoneal dialysis.Methods A total of 120 peritoneal dialysis patients admitted to Baise People's Hospital from Janu-ary 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as study objects and divided into control group(n=60)and obser-vation group(n=60)by random number table method.The control group was given traditional health education,and the observation group was given health education mode with WeChat platform on the basis of traditional health educa-tion.The treatment compliance,peritoneal dialysis satisfaction and incidence of peritonitis were compared between pa-tients of two groups.Results After intervention,the treatment compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of the ob-servation group was 91.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.984,P＜0.05).The incidence of peritonitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The health education model based on WeChat platform can effectively improve the treatment compliance of home peritoneal dialysis patients,increase patient satis-faction with dialysis,and reduce the incidence of peritonitis.
