Application of Rehabilitation Nursing in Nursing of Elderly Patients with Hypertension and Its Influence on Quality of Life
Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life of elderly patients with hy-pertesion.Methods The clinical data of 150 elderly patients with hypertension who were treated in Shanxi Fenyang Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were retrospectively selected and grouped according to the nursing methods.The control group 75 cases received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group 75 cases re-ceived rehabilitation nursing intervention.The quality of life,self-care ability score and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the quality of life score and self-care ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.33%)was higher than that of the control group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.797,P=0.016).Conclusion In the nursing of elderly hypertension patients,the application of rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,enhance the ability of self-nursing of patients.
