目的 研究骨伤患者采用针灸辅助治疗的效果.方法 简单随机选取2021年1月—2022年12月广州市荔湾区人民医院收治的80例骨伤患者为研究对象,用随机数表法分为常规组和针灸组,每组40例.常规组行常规治疗,针灸组在常规治疗基础上行针灸辅助治疗,比较两组患者疗效.结果 治疗前,对比两组患者生活质量、中医证候积分及炎症因子,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,对比两组患者不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后,针灸组简明健康问卷简表(Brief Health Questionnaire Form,SF-36)评分较常规组更高;中医证候积分较常规组更低;白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(Hypersensitive C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)指标较常规组更低;白介素-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)指标较常规组更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).针灸组治疗总有效率(95.00%)较常规组(80.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).结论 针灸辅助治疗可提高骨伤患者生活质量、减缓症状并保证患者用药安全.
Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Adjuvant Therapy on Bone Injury Patients
Objective To study the effect of acupuncture adjuvant therapy in patients with bone injury.Methods A to-tal of 80 patients with bone injury admitted to Liwan District People's Hospital of Guangzhou from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected and divided into routine group and acupuncture group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with routine treatment,and the acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of routine treatment.The curative effects of the two groups were com-pared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life,traditional Chinese medicine syn-drome score and inflammatory factors between the two groups.After treatment,there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(all P＞0.05).After treatment,the Brief Health Questionnaire Form(SF-36)score of the acupuncture group was higher than that of the conventional group;the traditional Chinese medicine syn-drome score was lower than that of the conventional group;the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were lower than those in the conventional group;the index of interleukin-10(IL-10)was higher than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The total ef-fective rate of the acupuncture group(95.00%)was higher than that of the conventional group(80.00%),and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture adjuvant therapy can improve the qual-ity of life of patients with bone injury,relieve symptoms and ensure the safety of patients.
