Effect of Yiqi Wenyang Bushen Decoction on Renal Function and Immune Function in Patients with Nephrotic Syndrome
Objective To explore the application value of Yiqi Wenyang Bushen Decoction in the treatment of pa-tients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 98 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to Jiangle Country General Hospital from June 2022 to January 2024 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with HuaiqiHuangKeLi,and the study group was treated with Yiqi Wenyang Bushen decoction.The clinical efficacy,renal function,immune function level and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum creatinine,24-hour urine pro-tein,blood urea nitrogen,total protein and serum albumin in the study group were(99.53±19.65)mmol/L,(0.64±0.38)g,(5.12±1.24)mmol/L,(58.39±4.25)g/L and(41.86±3.39)g/L,respectively,which were better than those in the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.076,6.317,7.926,7.146,9.167,all P＜0.05).After treatment,the immune function of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Yiqi We-nyang Bushen decoction can improve renal function and immune function in patients with nephrotic syndrome,thereby improving traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and improving clinical efficacy.
