Clinical Effect Analysis of Combined Treatment of Butylphthalein and An-tiplatelet Aggregation Drugs in Elderly Patients with Acute Cerebral In-farction
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of butylphthalide combined with antiplatelet aggregation drugs in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Nanjing Brain Hospital from January to December 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with antiplatelet aggregation drugs, and the patients in the study group were treated with butylphthalide on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, neurological deficits, hemodynamic indexes and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total therapeutic effect of the study group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).The systolic velocity and mean velocity of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score and resist index were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The level of inflammatory fac-tors in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction with butylphthalide combined with anti-platelet aggregation drugs can improve the neurological function and hemodynamic indexes of patients, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, and the treatment effect is obvious.
