Analysis of Risk Factors Related to Acute Kidney Injury in Newnates
Objective To investigate the risk factors of acute kidney injury(AKI)in neonates and to provide clinical data for the prevention of AKI.Methods The clinical data 68 neonates with AKT admitted to Fuzhou First General Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the case group, and the clinical data of 91 neonates with-out AKT were randomly selected as the control group, univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to screen out the risk factors associated with neonatal AKT.Results Univariate analysis showed that preterm birth(27 weeks≤gestational age<37 weeks),birth weight<2 500 g,neonatal asphyxia, gestational hypertension,gesta-tional diabetes mellitus, sepsis, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and hypothermia were all influential factors of AKT(all P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that, mother with gestational hypertension(OR=5.094),gestational diabetes(OR=9.542),preterm birth(OR=4.125),neonatal asphyxia(OR=13.915),septicemia(OR=14.724),neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(OR=12.595),and hypothermia(OR=6.711)were neonatal emergencies in the independent risk factors of AKT(all P<0.05).Conclusion Gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes mellitus,pre-term birth(27 weeks≤gestational age<37 weeks),neonatal asphyxia, sepsis, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, and hypothermia were all independent risk AKT in newnates.
