Objective To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopic surgery treatment of anterior shoulder dislocation and its application value in improving shoulder joint function and reducing adverse prognosis after surgery. Methods 40 patients with anterior shoulder dislocation who received treatment in Zhangzhou Second Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects. They were randomly numbered by computer(1-40)and di-vided into two groups, with 20 cases in each group. The single number was included in the control group, and tradi-tional surgery was performed.Even numbers of patients were included in the study group for arthroscopic assisted de-scending surgery. The shoulder joint function, surgical and clinical indexes, complication rate and short-term adverse prognosis rate were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results Before treatment, there was no signifi-cant difference in the mobility, stability and function of shoulder joint between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treat-ment,the scores of shoulder motion, stability and function of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Postoperative hospitalization time and intraopera-tive blood loss in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The short-term adverse prognosis in the study group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%),the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery under the guidance of arthroscope for the treatment of anterior dislocation of shoulder can significantly improve the function of shoulder joint, increase joint stability,re-duce surgical bleeding, shorten postoperative hospital stay, reduce complications, and improve the short-term progno-sis of patients.
