The Effect of Ultra Short Wave Assisted Treatment on Adult Patients with Mycoplasma Pneumonia
Objective To explore the application effect of ultra short wave adjuvant therapy in patients with Myco-plasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 adult patients with mycoplasma pneumonia who received treatment in Shan-dong Health Group Xinwen Central hospital from June 2019 to September 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=40)receiving conventional treatment and observation group(n=40)re-ceiving conventional treatment according to random coin-operated method.The clinical symptom resolution time,lung function,inflammatory factor level and coagulation function were compared between the two groups.Results Fever re-mission time,cough remission time,sputum remission time,lung rales disappearance time and chest radiographic le-sion absorption time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the maximum respiratory flow rate was(190.23±5.57)L/min,forced expiratory volume was(2.49±0.32)L at the end of the first second and forced vital capacity was(2.77±0.53)L in the observation group,which were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(t=9.419,4.605,5.219,all P<0.05);after 14 days of treatment,tumor necrosis factor-α was(17.58±3.06)ng/L,procalcitonin was(0.64±0.13)ng/L,interleukin-6 was(28.87±3.51)pg/mL and C-reactive protein was(10.74±1.76)mg/L in observation group,which were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(t=4.684,8.705,8.308,4.459,all P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the platelet count was(201.31±42.16)×105/L and D-dimer was(0.51±0.13)mg/L in observation group,which were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.679,7.339,both P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrashort wave adjuvant therapy can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in adult patients with mycoplasma pneumonia,improve lung function and blood circulation,and shorten the time of clinical symptoms.
