踝关节后外侧及内侧联合入路术式治疗踝骨骨折的临床效果分析

摘要
目的 探究踝骨骨折患者应用踝关节后外侧及内侧联合入路术式治疗的作用.方法 随机选取昆山市第四人民医院于2016年6月—2023年12月收治的60例踝骨骨折患者为研究对象.采用双色球法均分为研究组、参照组,各30例.参照组行单侧入路术式,研究组行后外侧及内侧联合入路术式.比较两组的围术期指标、踝关节功能及并发症发生情况.结果 研究组术中出血量为(101.48±7.65)mL,高于参照组的(97.52±5.33)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=2.326,P<0.05).两组手术时间、下床活动时间及住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).研究组踝关节功能中疼痛、功能及活动度评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组并发症发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 与单侧入路术式相比,后外侧及内侧联合入路术式能够改善踝骨骨折患者的围术期指标,提高骨代谢及踝关节功能,减少并发症发生情况.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of posterolateral and medial combined approach of ankle joint in the treat-ment of ankle fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with ankle fracture admitted to Kunshan Fourth People's Hospi-tal from June 2016 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects.The two-color ball method was di-vided into study group and reference group,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group underwent unilateral ap-proach,and the study group underwent posterolateral and medial combined approach.Perioperative indicators,ankle function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was(101.48±7.65)mL,which was higher than that of the reference group(97.52±5.33)mL,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.326,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in operation time,ambu-lation time and hospitalization time between the two groups(all P>0.05).The scores of pain,function and activity of ankle joint function in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications be-tween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the unilateral approach,the posterolateral and medial com-bined approach can improve the perioperative indicators of patients with ankle fracture,improve bone metabolism and ankle function,and reduce the incidence of complications.
