Analysis of the Expression Significance of C-reactive Protein and D-dimer in Children with Bronchial Pneumonia
Objective To explore the expression significance of C-reactive protein(CRP)and D-dimer(D-D)in chil-dren with bronchial pneumonia. Methods A total of 40 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Liaocheng from May 2022 to May 2023 were simple randomly se-lected as the study group, and were divided into mild group(n=20)and severe group(n=20)according to the severity of the disease.Forty healthy children at the same time period were selected as the control group. The differences of CRP and D-D in different groups were compared. Results The CRP and D-D of the study group were(14.89±3.42)mg/L and(601.49±70.21)ng/mL,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(1.86±0.54)mg/L and D-D(132.44±36.19)ng/mL,the differences were statistically significant(t=23.801,37.557,both P<0.05).The levels of CRP and D-D in the severe group were higher than those in the mild group, and the differences were statis-tically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of CRP and D-D in children with bronchial pneumonia were higher, and those in children with severe bronchial pneumonia were higher.
