Application Analysis of Blood Cell Morphology Examination in Blood Analysis Test in Etiological Diagnosis of Fever Children
Objective To analyze the application value of blood cell morphology examination in blood analysis in fever children.Methods 100 children with bacterial fever admitted to Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Hos-pital of Liaocheng City,Shandong Province from September 2022 to September 2023 were simple randomly selected as the observation group,and 100 children with healthy physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.The results of blood cell morphology examination in the two groups were observed,and the results of blood cell morphology examination in children with different degrees of fever were compared.Results The hematocrit of the observation group was(41.37±4.56)%,the mean corpuscular volume was(8.22±0.78)fl,the mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration was(359.37±10.79)g/L,and the red blood cell distribution width standard deviation was(13.96±4.15)%,which were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.746,5.523,12.613,5.140,all P<0.05).The levels of the above indexes in children with ultra-high fever were sig-nificantly higher than those in children with low fever,moderate fever and high fever,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of blood analysis morphology examination in the etiol-ogy diagnosis of fever children is high,which can provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
