Exploring the Effect of Budesonide Combined with Fiberoptic Bronchos-copy Alveolar Lavage in the Treatment of Pediatric Refractory Myco-plasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia in Children
Objective To explore the clinical effect of budesonide combined with fiberoptic bronchoscopy(referred to as fiberscope)alveolar lavage in children with pediatric refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods The clinical data of 110 children with pediatric refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to Zhangzhou Zhengxing Hospital from June 2023 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group(55 cases, simple atomization treatment)and observation group(55 cases, fiberoptic bronchoscopy alveolar lavage). The clinical indexes, pulmonary function indexes and complications were compared between children in two groups. Results The duration of fever in the observation group was(6.03±1.69)d,the cough relief time was(7.76±1.09)d,the wheezing sound regression time was(6.76±1.18)d,and the hospitaliza-tion time was(6.37±1.09)d,which were both shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=6.734,8.188,5.321,7.721,all P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume in the first second was(2.79±0.69)mL,the forced vital capacity was(2.97±0.78)mL,and the peak expiratory flow was(3.86±1.03)mL,which were both higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.903,9.201,7.043,all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.82%,which was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.356,P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide fiberoptic bron-choscopy alveolar lavage in the treatment of pediatric refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children can effectively improve the symptoms of children, promote the recovery of lung function, shorten the treatment time and im-prove the safety of clinical treatment.
