Comparison of the Effects of Urapidil and Nitroglycerin in Emergency Treatment of Acute Heart Failure Complicated with Hypertensive Crisis
Objective To explore the application effect of urapidil and nitroglycerin in the emergency treatment of acute heart failure complicated with hypertension crisis. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with acute heart failure complicated with hypertensive crisis admitted to Anxi County Hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different emergency treatment regimens,50 patients treated with nitroglyc-erin were divided into drug group 1,and 50 patients treated with urapidil were divided into drug group 2.The blood pressure, cardiac function indexes and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were observed. Results Before treat-ment,there was no significant difference in blood pressure and cardiac function between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the two groups were decreased, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(both P>0.05).Left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were decreased in the two groups, cardiac output(CO),stroke volume(SV)and left ventricular ejection fractions(LVEF)were increased, and LVESD and LVEDD in drug group 2 were both lower than those in drug group 1,CO,SV and LVEF were all higher than those in drug group 1,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in drug group 2 was 4.00%,which was lower than that in drug group 1(18.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion Uralidil and nitroglycerin have the same antihypertensive effect in emergency treatment of acute heart failure complicated with hypertensive crisis.Uralidil has a better effect on improving heart function and fewer adverse reac-tions.
