Effect of Oxycodone Combined with Sevoflurane on Agitation and Pain in Patients with Laparoscopic Gastric Cancer
Objective Analyze the effect of hydroxycodone combined with sevoflurane on restlessness and pain in lapa-roscopic gastric cancer patients. Methods From January to October 2023,80 patients with laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery admitted to Zibo Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group were selected as the randomly research objects. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sevoflurane regimen, and the observation group was treated with oxycodone combined with sevoflurane regimen. The cough rate during anesthesia induction, postoperative agitation rate and pain score,post-operative recovery index and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The cough rate and agitation rate of the observation group were 0 and 2.50%,respectively,which were lower than 12.50%and 20.00%of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The postoperative spontaneous breathing recovery time, extubation time and anesthesia recovery time in the observation group were sig-nificantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group at 12 h after operation was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 15.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.914,P=0.048).Conclusion For patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery, oxycodone combined with sevoflurane can reduce postoperative agitation and adverse reactions, and effectively relieve pain, with high application value.
