The Value of Nursing Interventions in Outpatient Operating Rooms Ap-plied in Debridement and Suture Surgery for Maxillofacial Trauma
Objective To explore the application value of outpatient operating room nursing in debridement and suture surgery for maxillofacial trauma.Methods A total of 100 patients with maxillofacial trauma admitted to Tengzhou Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were simple randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The study group received outpatient operating room nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.Emotional score,Visual Analogu Scale(VAS),Self-percrived Burden Scale(SPBS)score,nursing satisfaction and so on were analyzed.Results The emotion score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SPBS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the study group(98.00%)was higher than that in the control group(82.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.111,P<0.05).Con-clusion During debridement and suture treatment of maxillofacial trauma,nursing intervention in outpatient operating room is effective,which can alleviate the degree of maxillofacial scar and reduce negative emotional state.
