The Application Effect of Feedforward Control Nursing in Nebulized Inha-lation Therapy for Pediatric Bronchopneumonia
Objective To investigate the effect of feedforward control nursing in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children with atomization inhalation.Methods A total of 80 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from June to November 2023 were prospective randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing intervention schemes,they were divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The children in the control group received routine nursing,while the children in the study group received feedforward control nursing.The compliance,comfort and parental satisfac-tion of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of the study group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).The comfort de-gree of chilren in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of feedforward control nursing in the treat-ment of bronchopneumonia in children can improve the treatment compliance and comfort,promote the rapid recovery of the disease and improve the satisfaction of parents.
