The Application Value of Targeted Nursing in Patients Receiving Intra-uterine Device Placement after Induced Abortion
Objective To explore the clinical value of targeted nursing intervention for patients who received intrauter-ine device placement after induced abortion.Methods 100 patients who received intrauterine device after induced abortion in Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects;they were divided into two groups according to coin tossing method.The reference group(n=50)was treated with routine basic nursing intervention;the study group(n=50)adopted targeted nursing intervention.Nursing satisfaction scores,negative mood scores and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group(98.00%)was significantly higher than that of the reference group(84.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.982,P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant dif-ference in adverse emotion score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the negative emotion score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nurs-ing,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scientific targeted nursing intervention during intrauterine device can im-prove patients'negative emotions,significantly improve nursing satisfaction,and significantly improve patients'qual-ity of life.
