Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris and its Influence on Quality of Life
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in coronary heart disease(CHD)an-gina pectoris.Methods A total of 80 patients with CHD angina pectoris treated in Lanshan District Disease Prevention and Control Center in Linyi City from January to November 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects,they were divided into two groups by envelope method,the control group(n=40,routine nursing intervention)and the obser-vation group(n=40,comprehensive nursing intervention).The quality of life,negative emotion score and nursing satis-faction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the quality of life and negative emotion in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than that in the con-trol group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.135,P=0.013).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with CHD angina pectoris can improve negative emotions,quality of life and satisfac-tion of patients,and the application effect is remarkable.
