Application Effect of Nursing Intervention under the Concept of Fast-track Surgery in Perioperative Period of Patients with Multiple Rib Frac-tures
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention under the concept of fast-track surgery in patients with multiple rib fractures during perioperative period. Methods A total of 86 patients with multiple rib fractures ad-mitted to Qingyang People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were conveniently selected as the re-search objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group(43 cases)and con-trol group(43 cases). The control group adopted the traditional perioperative nursing mode, and the study group ad-opted the nursing mode under the concept of fast-track surgery. The time of getting out of bed, quality of life,compli-cations and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the time of getting out of bed in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nurs-ing satisfaction rate of the study group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%of the control group, and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.047,P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative use of nursing mode under the concept of fast-track surgery in patients with multiple rib fractures can shorten the time of getting out of bed, reduce the occurrence of complications, and further improve the quality of life of patients.
