Analysis of the Application Effect of Cluster Nursing Combined with Reha-bilitation Training in Patients with Vestibular Migraine
Objective To analyze the application effect of cluster nursing combined with rehabilitation training in pa-tients with vestibular migraine.Methods The clinical data of 160 patients with vestibular migraine admitted to the De-partment of Internal Medicine of Yicheng District People's Hospital of Zaozhuang City from February 2021 to Febru-ary 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into control group and in-tervention group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given cluster nursing combined with rehabilitation training.The symptom improvement effect,negative emotion and nursing satisfaction of the two groups after nursing were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of head-ache accompanying symptoms,duration,severity and attack frequency in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 98.75%,which was higher than 90.00%of the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(χ2=4.238,P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing combined with rehabilitation training can improve patients'symptoms and negative emotions,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
