Effect of Early Standardized Nursing Intervention on Arteriovenous Fis-tula Complications in Hemodialysis Patients
Objective To analyze the effect of early standardized nursing intervention on arteriovenous fistula compli-cations in hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 84 hemodialysis patients admitted to Huai'an Hospital from July 2022 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects. They were divided into reference group(n=42)and study group(n=42)according to the random number table method. The reference group carried out routine nursing intervention, and the study group carried out early standardized nursing intervention. The incidence of compli-cations of arteriovenous fistula, health belief, negative emotion, cognition, compliance and quality of life were com-pared between patients in two groups. Results The total incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula in the study group was 4.76%,which was lower than 19.05%in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.086,P<0.05).The health belief score, negative emotion score, quality of life score, cognition and compliance of the study group were better than those of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Early standardized nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients can reduce the incidence of complica-tions of arteriovenous fistula, improve patients'mood, improve patients'health beliefs, awareness, compliance and quality of life, and the effect is remarkable.
