Analysis of the Application Effect of Auricular Holographic Copper Needle Scraping Combined with Ear Acupoint Burying Beans on Patients with Hy-pertension of Liver-yang Hyperactivity Type in Community
Objective To explore the intervention effect of ear holographic copper needle scraping combined with ear acupoint burying beans on patients with hypertension of liver-yang hyperactivity type in community.Methods The clinical data seventy-six patients with hypertension of liver-yang hyperactivity type in community admitted to the the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University Zhonghua Road Community Health Service Center,from January to June 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group and study group,38 cases in each group ac-cording to the different modes of intervention.The control group received conventional hypertension care,and the study group carried out auricular holographic copper needle scraping combined with ear acupoint burying beans on the basis of the control group.The changes of blood pressure level,vertigo degree,and total points of traditional Chi-nese medicine syndrome scores were compared between patients in two groups.Results After the intervention,the sys-tolic blood pressure of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the vertigo score of the study group was(2.21±0.70)points,which was lower than that of the control group(4.08±0.75)points,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores was(12.37±2.02)points,which was lower than that of the control group(14.42±2.41)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.236,4.019,both P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular holographic copper needle scraping combined with auricular holographic copper needle scraping combined with ear acupoint burying can effectively control the blood pressure level,improve vertigo and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of hypertension patients with hyper-tension of liver-yang hyperactivity type in community,which is worthy of clinical reference.
