Clinical Application Analysis of Nursing Measures Based on Symptom Management Theory in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Related Pulmo-nary Hypertension
Objective To explore the clinical application of nursing measures of symptom management theory in sys-temic lupus erythematosus(SLE)-related pulmonary hypertension. Methods A total of 90 patients with SLE compli-cated with pulmonary hypertension admitted to Guangxi Wuzhou Workers'Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(n=45,routine nursing in-tervention)and study group(n=45,symptom management theory-oriented nursing intervention)by random number table method. The self-behavior management, incidence of adverse events after nursing and nursing satisfaction were evaluated. Results After nursing, the self-behavior management score of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was 6.67%,which was lower than 22.22%in the control group, and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 91.11%,which was higher than 75.56%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.920,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of symp-tom management theory-oriented nursing intervention in patients with SLE-related pulmonary hypertension can im-prove self-behavior management, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the occurrence of adverse symptoms.
