Effect of Pantoprazole+Injectable Hemagglutinin on Upper Gastrointesti-nal Bleeding and Its Influence of Inflammatory Factors
Objective To explore the effect of pantoprazole+hemagglutinin injection on upper gastrointestinal hemor-rhage and its influence on the level of inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 80 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to Datong Hui and Tu Autonomous County People's Hospital from May 2020 to June 2023 were ran-domly selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods.The control group(n=40)was treated with pantoprazole,and the study group(n=40)was treated with pantoprazole+hemthrombin injection.The therapeutic effect,levels of inflammatory factors,coagulation indexes and incidence of ad-verse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group was[97.50%(39/40)],higher than that of the control group[82.50%(33/40)],the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.000,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of inflammatory factors in the study group was better than that in the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant differ-ence in coagulation indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of activated partial thrombo-plastin time,prothrombin time and thrombin time in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of fibrinogen was higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Con-clusion Pantoprazole+hemagglutinin injection has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with upper gastroin-testinal bleeding,which can improve the level of inflammatory factors and coagulation indexes,and does not increase adverse reactions,with high safety.
