Clinical Analysis of Minimally Invasive Stereotactic Treatment Combined with Urokinase for Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To study the effect of minimally invasive stereotactic technique combined with urokinase in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 150 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in Xingyi People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects. They were di-vided into combined group and conventional group according to different treatment methods, with 75 cases in each group. The combined group was treated with minimally invasive stereotactic therapy combined with urokinase, and the conventional group was treated with intracerebral hematoma removal. The neurological function scores, clinical indica-tors and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the neurological function score of combined group was lower than that of conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of hematoma disappearance and the area of edema near hematoma in the combined group were better than those in the control group, and the amount of initial hematoma removal was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications was only 1.33%(1/75)in the combined group, which was lower than 9.33%(7/75)in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.754,P=0.029).Conclusion The use of minimally invasive stereotactic technique combined with urokinase in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients is effective, can improve the neurological function of patients, reduce the severity of hematoma, and less postoperative complications, high safety.
