Application Value of Protective Bronchoalveolar Lavage in the Treatment of Severe Adult Pneumonia
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of protective bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of adult severe pneumonia patients.Methods A total of 80 adult patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Shan County Central Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received protective bronchoalveolar lavage treatment,while the control group received routine treatment.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that of the control group was 80.00%(32/40),the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the level of CD4+was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Protective bronchoalveolar lavage can improve clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors and immune function in adult patients with severe pneumonia,and the inci-dence of adverse reactions is lower.
