Analysis of the Effect of Laparoscopic Radical Colorectal Cancer Surgery in the Treatment of Colorectal Cancer Patients
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic radical colorectal cancer in the treatment of colorectal can-cer.Methods 70 colorectal cancer patients admitted to Linzi District Maternal and Child Health Hospital(Qidu Hospi-tal)from January 2020 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects, and were divided into two groups ac-cording to different treatment methods. The control group(35 cases)underwent conventional open surgery, and the study group(35 cases)underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer. The clinical indexes, intestinal recovery, inflammatory factors and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results There was no sig-nificant difference in incision length between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical indexes(operation time,intraopera-tive blood loss, length of hospital stay)of the two groups were compared, and the study group was better to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The exhaust recovery time, eating recovery time, abdominal distension duration and bowel sound disappearance time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before operation, there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between two groups(P>0.05).After operation, the level of inflammatory factors in the two groups was higher than before treatment, but the study group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group[2.86%(1/35)]was lower than that of the control group[20.00%(7/35)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.081,P=0.024).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer has a significant effect on patients with colorec-tal cance r,reducing tissue trauma and effectively reducing the inflammatory response caused by surgery.
